Steam Jet Cleaner DSG

When "clean" has to mean "sterile", one common method is to use aggressive chemicals: another is to use the energy of high pressure steam.  RS steam jet cleaners provide a safe and efficient way of achieving top results when cleanliness is paramount.

Energy and water: a powerful combination

Steam provides one of the most natural and environmentally friendly methods of cleaning.  The high pressure jet can penetrate the smallest gaps where it flushes out stubborn deposits and kills spores and bacteria, and as one litre of water can produce around 1600 litres of steam it is energy-efficient. Steam cleaning is favoured in chemical, food and pharmaceutical applications for its efficiency without the risk of potential contamination from chemical cleaners.  The RS range of DSG cleaners help to deliver an easily controllable jet of steam precisely where it is needed.

Safe control

To maximise efficiency the DSG is easy to use and maintain, and despite controlling steam at temperatures of up to 180°C it is convenient and safe to use.  The control handle is covered with robust plastic insulating material, ergonomically shaped and comfortable to operate.  A safety guard helps to prevent accidental contact with hot metal parts.

Flexibility and convenience

The hose connector can be fitted with a steam swivel joint which improves handling and prevents hose torsion.  The steam extension fitting with an insulated grip is ideal for larger jobs.  A variety of jets and nozzles are available for different applications and to facilitate access to difficult areas without the operator having to bend down or stretch.  For maximum safety, the TD steam dry-disconnect coupling automatically closes the hose when the connection is broken.
